As some of my readers may know, in addition to teaching quilling on my website, I also sold finished pieces in an Etsy store for a bit.
I really liked reaching a new audience but it was overwhelming to design, photo, package and ship quilling. A few years in, I decided that was not the path for me.
That adventure left me with a bunch of quilling designs that I had planned on selling as exclusive patterns. But without a store, I’m now going to share some with you.
One of the most popular designs that I made was my quilling paper seahorse. And now you can make your own!
You’ll first need a copy of the seahorse template. Simply click on the image or text below to print one for yourself.
After that, it’s just a matter of filling in your quilling paper seahorse.
Of course, you can do this anyway you like. But if you’re following along on the tutorial you’ll want to make sure you’re familiar with making quilling paper swirls and working with double-thick strips. Luckily, I have some videos that can help with those, too!
You can even mount your seahorse when you’re through for some handmade oceanic home decor or a sweet gift.
I hope you enjoy the video below!
